Report is printing empty pages

Hi All!

I have to amend a report, that prints pages in a such manner:
first page is full
on a second page is only one record
next page is full
next - again only one record

When this report contained transfooters and transheaders it printed 27 lines on one page, then transfooter on the next, and next 27 on third page and so on. When I removed transfooters, it prints 29 lines on one page, then 1 on the next, and 29 on third... I have no idea what is wrong with this report! ](*,)

    1) How many footers are on the report?
    2) Are the footers conditioned by some C/AL code, which will prevent them to be printed?
    3) Are the footers set to "PrintOnEveryPage"?
