I looking for some who has done an upgrade of Navission 2.60 to 3.7. We are upgrading a 25 gig database and it is taking 40 plus hours. Is there any way to speed this process up.

We addressed a similar problem by deactivating all but the primary key in a few of the largest tables in the old db before transferring the data to the new db.
We also deactivated the same set of keys in the new objects, prior to importing them, to speed up the 'redesign' of the old tables.
Then, we reactivated the new keys.
Still took a bunch of time, but the net was substantially shorter. Unfortunately, it is not easy to say beforehand which keys <<can>> be deactivated, nor which keys provide the greatest time gain. We used a combination of guessing and experimenting.0
