Hi...
My problem is with machine centre capacity.
If a perticular machine "M/C-1" is producing two different finished goods say "FG1" & "FG2" on the same day.
M/C-1 is producing 10 FG-1 nos. in one day.
& at the same day M/C-1 producing 50 nos. FG-2.
So in this case how can I set the machine capacity (M/C-1) for two different items. & If possible then how it will going to affect on MPS & MRP genaration. How can I handle this scenario.
Thanks.....

Machine Capacity is not set in product units but in time. So the idea is that the machine offers time supply and the routings have time demands and the ratio of the two will tell how much you can produce a day.
If you set up f.e. a single shift (8 hours) in the Shop Calendars then you have to set the routing of the first one to 48 mins and the second to 9.6 mins. This will allow you to produce 10 FG1 OR 50 FG2, respectively, or any combination thereof. F.e. if the shift starts at 8AM you can first do 2 FG1's until 9:36 and still fo 40 FG2 afterwards.0
