How To Upgrade Microsoft Nav 4.0 Sp1 To Sp3

anybody can help me to show the steps to upgrade nav 4.0 sp1 to sp3?
because when i try it in Navision client the same documents appear and that show the nav 4.0 sp3 but the table version show that it was still in nav 4.0 sp1. any identification that show that the upgradition is done ?
please guide me.
