Communication System Service CSS

Hi

I am trying to install ADCS on Navision 4 SP3 and i cant seem to find CSS on the cds. Could someone please verify if i need to install this component and if so where i can find it on the CD

    CSS is not needed anymore in ADCS. The same with another DLL, which I don't recall the name, but that was in charge of the Terminal coordination.
