Problem in Refreshing a SubForm

Hi All,

Here is the scenario.
I have two subforms say SubForm1, SubForm2 in a MainForm. Both are of tabular types.
I have to select a line in the SubForm1 and Click a button(Say an Insert Button).
The record that I select in the SubForm1 should get inserted in to SubForm2 and should able to view the record in the SubForm2.

Is there is any way to refresh the SubForm on the fly once a record is inserted or deleted?
