Hi There, we are currently in the process of changing our domain, and when you do this the ZUP file seems to be linked to the domain and you loose all shortcuts, is there a way of editing this file, or can someone tell me where the shortcuts are kept.
Many thanks

The zup file can't be modified manually. I don't know if domain information is included in the zup file, as far as I know it only contains internal NAV settings. You might be able to move existing ones into new profile folders, but I'm not sure about that. There are also companies that put the zup files on a shared network folder.0

we have tried to copy the ZUP file into the new user profile, but it does not give access to the shortcuts, but all other information is OK.0
