Need a cheque format that has the slip details at the bottom

Hi,
I need to produce a cheque format that has the cheque at the top and the slip details at the bottom, I only have the standard Report 1401 to work from (which is the other way around) and am trying to avoid rewriting the report to simply get this format to occur.

Does anyone have a report format like this that they could send me ?

the US version of 5.0 has the check 10411 which is Check (Stub/Check/Stub). You can use it in 4.x
