Rename record ID (table, form,...)

Hello, I don't know if there's any way for renaming object ID of tables, forms, etc... and changing all referenced objects at the same time.
For example, Object A with ID=50001 uses a reference (recObjectB) to Object B with ID=50002.
I want to change Object B ID from 50002 to 50003, so if I do it, Object A will no longer use Object B reference becasue it has changed and maybe it will reference another object.
Do you understand me? Is there some way for doing it?
Thank you.

1) there is folder "Upgrade Tools\Compare and Renumber Tool" on MBS Tools CD
2) You can use another renumber tools
3) I am using AWK script to renumber objects in txt object file.0
