may be that the table was not correctly cleared when initial setup was done... but this is just one possibility...0

Actually I am just posting an invoice. I haven't modified anything except for the fact that I have uploaded the invoice into the purchase line along with the item serial numbers through sql since this has been a mass upload.
I still can't sort out the origin of this error0 -
How the DB was created?
It is some live DB or devel?
Some customizations on it or it is plain cronus?0
