4.0 Sp3 on Windows Vista

When trying to run 4.0 Sp3 on Vista get an error:

'There are errors in the text conversion (text no. 46-100 does not exist in the .stx file) Internal error 47-1'

Can anybody help me? Is anybody running Dynamics on Vista?

    There is a hotfix for 4.00SP3 for Vista.
    You can download it from the partnersource.

    Update 1, KB 931841 is the solution to this, as kirki said..login to partnersource and download it
