Error when opening Datebase Navision 3.7 (16GB)

Hello, this morning I got the following error when trying to open the database: You cannot use the file .... because it is already in use.
What can I do?

    firstly close the previous fin then start that fin3.7

    I don´t have any other aplication of Navision open. I deleted the Zup file.. but still I cannot open the database.. Restoring will take me a day.. :(

    It is solved.. thanks for your help. I still don´t know the reason why I could not access this database, but now I can :)
