Setrange by value less than...

Hi Everybody,

Is it possible to set a setrange which is less than a particular value. Thereofre instead of the usual thing where setrange should be withing a particular range the range should be less than a particular number

    SETFILTER (i,'< 5')
    or
    SETFILTER (i, '< %1', "No.")
