Navision 4.0 crashes when printing

We have a network of about 20 workstations, and Navision would crash on one station everytime it's printing a newly created order.
Out of all the workstations, this is the only one that does this consistently. Others sometimes do as well, but never so often and consistent.
The printer is on a network, and when testing with a local printer, Navision does not crash.
Another thing I've tested is to have that particular user use a newly created account. His new account crashes as well. I've also had another user use his account on the problem workstation, and he printed w/o crashing. However, I need to verify the last bit because he might've been printing to the local printer (I was not present when this test went through).

That sounds like a printerdriver problem. Try to find the latest (and correct!) printerdriver for that printer.Regards,Alain Krikilion

I have. We've tried two different network printers, both using latest from their manufacturers' websites.
Also forgot to mention, I've already tried reinstalling Navision. The problem still seems to be account related, but then I don't know why the new account wouldn't work.0 -
A long shot :
-try to delete the .zup-file of that user.
-check if that user has some records in table 78:"Printer Selection".Regards,Alain Krikilion
