Dataport training or directions?

Im in need of creating a very simple import dataport, one field being changed in the item master, but have been unable to plow my way through it with little training.

Does anyone have an online resource or otherwise i could use?

Would be much appreciated.

    In your navision folder there is a doc folder and in it a file adg.pdf. You can find all you need about dataports there.
