component problem in manufacturing

Hi 'ya all!
We have some strange problem with manufacturing module in Navision 4.0 SP2.
When we create Production order and let them be calculated, navision sometimes does not load the components of the Production BOM.
So if our employees do not recognize this, those components are not removed from stock when order is produced.
We create production orders in this way:
(1) Planning Worksheet -> Calculate Regenerative Plan with the following options set (MPS on, MRP on, dates set, no forecast used)
(2) afterwards we create the prod. orders via "Carry out action message"
(3) then sometimes when we look at the order and look into the components (Button Line -> Components) we can see that navision did not load the components which are in the Prod. BOM.
Maybe anyone got an idea?

1) Are you sure that you are on the correct line when clicking the "Line-Components" button?
2) Are you sure, that on the Item card is the BOM selected?
Just to be sure, that it is not this sort of error...

yes, we already checked that. it is not that it does not work all the time.
it does work usually, but sometimes it just seems that navision does not read the prod. bom.0 -
One of my clients has been having the same problem. It is inconsistent and infrequent so I haven't been able to track down the cause just yet.0
