Got a request from the user to create a report based on a form and/or create a form based on a report?
You can do this easily by simply copy and pasting all the controls on a form (caption box, text box, etc) and paste it on a new report.
This works the other way around. You can create a new form and just copy and paste all the controls from the report to the form.
