Undo shipment using Warehouse

Hello all,

I made a SO,next created Warehouse Shipment . next created pick registered pick,posted Warehouse Shipment. I found that wrong Qty in SO so i wanted to undo the sales shipment . but i had mesage "You can not undo the line 10000 because an warehouse put-away are created" .
So strange. but if i delete the registered pick, warehouse shipment, i can undo the sale shipment. but there is a pb, the Qty in the bin Ship not decrease. It's logic because i deleted the registered pick not UNDO it.

How can we unso shipment with location uses the warehouse??
Which steps we must do??

You need to do a movement and move them back to the original pick bin.

Hi!,

In standard Navision, If Sales Order is posted from
warehouse shipment, Then Navsion do not allow to Undo the
Posted Sales Shipment.

You have to modify the code.

You can do a an undo shipment if warehouse is enabled. As I suggested you need at the end do a movement, or warehouse positive and negative adjustment for the bins.

This is a work around. It won't revert the quantity shipped to its original state.

on which document? It will on sales order. The warehouse documents need to be deleted first and then recreated.

If the warehouse shipment has been posted, you cannot undo the shipment. Once you post the shipment, the quantity is taken out of Navision.

How are you able to undo shipment if the warehouse shipment has been posted?

You delete the posted warehouse shipment,registered pick, pick document,warehouse shipment. Then undo shipment and warehouse movement or warehouse journal to put the item in the right bin

You don't know how much headache this is causing our customers using WHM. I'm sure they'll want to kiss you as well.

Another reason why I like your solution is that no modification is required. Just nice and simple training.

You're pretty smart for a MVP.
