Warehouse Replenishment

Hi All,

I need help on to figure out the surplus inventory of one location and this is what happened:

We use warehouse #1 as our main warehouse for selling and replenishment. And we keep 90 days inventory in warehouse #1. We use UBP to track the item usage and set each procurement unit using MIN/MAX.

Now we are opening another replenishment center and use it to replenishment #7, #8, #9, #13 and #14.

My question is how to figure out the inventory current sit in warehouse #1 to replenish these 5 warehouse and move them to the new loction. And how to move the item usage of these 5 warehouse so I can run suggest buy report for this new location and the report will tell me how much to buy.

What I did was to change the replenishment information in procurement unit of these 5 warehouse from 1 to 25. Reopen the period and day end and redo the period and day end process. But it did not seem to do anything for me.

Please help!

Using SKU's you can define replenishment method has transfer and the main warehouse.

couberpu is using an lanham addon called UBP or now called Advanced Forecasting. They have their own table called Procurement Card (which has the SKU functionality)
