how to remove comma from the amount field

Hi,
I'm doing an extraction using dataport . i want the amount field flowing out of "bank ledger entry" table to be free from comma. Is that anyway possible through navision .

Eg. current amount -- 123,456.00
i want the format -- 123456.00

Just change Windows regional settings - Digit grouping symbol.

changing window regional setting will change that for all tables and will hinder the day to day work of navision.i want to do that only for that specific table or field. not for all tbales.

Hi buddies,

The thing which i was doing by writing such a big code was solved by changing a small propety.

just changed the FORMAT property of amount field in dataport to <Sign><Integer><Decimals>
and all comma got removed
