employee portal lookup problem

I'am getting a error when i use i look up form in employee portal, the lookup works fine but when i click on the value i want to chose I get an error mesage saying "Error on page" if I then close the lookup form and save the record the correct value is in the field, the same happens if i use one of the pre-defined forms that commes with the EP

Any ideas ?

    Problem solved it was because i had installed the .net 2.0 framework instead of 1.1.

    When I click on Lookups It is giving me error

    HTTP 404 Not Found

    "Webpage cannot be found"

    If you sorted out please let me know.
