help with poor quality images

If you are using an image box for the image on the report, there is a size limit of 32k which could be causing this. Is "jpeg view 2.107" a Navision add-on?

It sounds like this add-on is converting the jpeg into a colour bitmap which would decrease the resolution substantially. My advice is to see if the add-on has settings where you can specify whether it converts to colour or black-and-white. You might also want to manually convert this jpeg into a black and white bitmap of no more than 32k, modify the report to use this bitmap and see if the image quality is better.0

Try using jpegs of more than 32k and see what happens. Maybe the add-on can do a better job of conversion if the original jpeg file size is larger.
By the way, titanium rings? - cool.0 -
Have you taken a look at these two downloads in the Gernal Download Section:
Real-time Multiformat Picture Convertor JPG & GIF
Bitmap Resolution Convertor
Even if these might not work for you - maybe the code can cut down that 20 hrs0
