Objects used during sync

Hi,

Does anyone know what the objects that involved in sync are? We are trying to schedule the sync regularly by the system but I could not find out what are the objects touched by sync. I used code coverage but did not get anything.

You mean synchronizing security?
In this case, there are no objects involved.
Navision just sends commands to SQL to synchronize the Security between Navision and SQL.
It is easier to use 4.00SP3 (or 5.00) with the Standard Security model and not the enhanced security model.

Yes. I did mean security sync. This client uses SP2 with advanced security and wants to schedule the security sync regularly. Is it possible? If yes, can anyone give some advice?

There is no standard way inside NAV to schedule such things.

No, it is not possible.
In Navision, the only way to sync security is by Tools=>Security=>Synchronize.
You might use a keyboard recorder to record the keys pressed and then launch it during the night.

But the easiest way is still using Standard security model of 400SP3.

In short:
In 4.00SP3 it is possible to choose between security like in 4.00+ (=Enhanced) or security before 4.00 (=Standard). The standard security does not need a synchronize.

Have tried running SQL Profiler to see what it is up to?

Sorry, I can't check this myself just now as I am running against SQL Express without the profiler.
