Report can not be printed from Print Preview

Hi all,

My customer want to print report directly after print Preview but Navision can not. it is alway show message "Report can not printed from Print Preview. Quit Print Review and run the report".

can every body help?

If the report has any code such as.

if Currreport.printpreview then
something

You cannot preiview then print.

So one option is to comment out the code.

The other option is to tell the client, that's how it works.

I try to find "Current report.printpreview" but can not find in the code inside. So, have you any solutions?

Generally the reports have counter on printing, if you print the report on printpreview the counter does not activated so navision has blocked the printing from printpriew.

(but still the code will be called in NAV, it seems that there will be connection between the Dynamics client and Service tier. You still have Preview button on the report form in new client...

Nobody has answered my second question.

Some reports when you in request window. you can click on file->Send->by email. Some reports are added as attachment, and some are added as body. Any reason why?
