Report to Print List of Names in Alphabetical Order

Hi Folk,
I have created a report that prints list of names. But i want the list to be able to print in alphabetical order if someone wants it in that order.
Can Navision do this. Is there a way in navision in which this option can be tackled

To be able to sort on any field, NAV needs to have a key for that field.0

You are Right Navision have the facility i was asking for.

Just be careful and don't add to many keys, they can become a bottleneck if add to many. also if you are on sql there is an option in key window to uncheck maintain sql index field.0
