Hi everyone,
My company is a MS Gold Certified partner and we have a client that cannot find their installation media for the following builds:
Navision CA 2.60.E
Navision US 3.60 (3.60)
Whats the chance any of you have either of these that you can provide me a copy? or maybe you have a person at M$ that we can get help from.
PS> Our client has purchased their licenses - we just can't seem to find the installation media.

I think that 2.x US version still exists in Partnersource, all other countries were removed. 2.x CA must be asked to Microsoft.0 -
Any chance you have a copy of the media for 2.6???0

Well, before we do that, have you checked with Microsoft first? Since you're a gold certified partner, you should have access to all of those versions.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog

We are a Gold Partner and yes I have checked with M$. Honestly, it has been frustrating to say the least trying to get the correct info out of them on version 2.6 - this may be because they acquired Navi but who knows. As for ver 3.6, I am told it can be downloaded from the Partnersource site.
Its also possible that because Navi 2.6 is long out of support that Microsoft may not offer the media (this is my best guess).
Our Partner rep is looking into this for me but this may take some time to get an answer and I am presuming the answer won't be what I want to hear!
Anyhow, check us out if you need clarification on who my company is. Thanks Alex, I do appreciate the support from you and this forum.

Same here, I'm not a partner but my VAR is having no luck either, already have the 3.6 license file - just nothing to run with it........0 -

Sorry for ignorance - what is partnersource ? can you furnish an address for it please ?0 -
Partnersource is portal were partners can download tools, product releases, etc.
Has your current partner to download Navision 3.60 from
https://mbs.microsoft.com/partnersource ... nloads/rel
eases/17053.htm?printpage=false
There were several 3.60 releases. Check also with your current partner witch is the lasted version you can use.0 -
I will do that thank you for the info. As far as which 3.6, our VAR sent me our "Customer Summary" which states this:
Entitled Version: 3.60
Requested Version: None
First Registration Date: 2/2/1998
I will ask him about the different subversions. Thanks again0 -
Our VAR got a file "NA360A.zip" and sent it to me , but there are no server files and the client in standalone mode will not accept the 3.60 license that they sent. They are looking into this. Very slow moving and frustrating.0

I have noticed that server download links are broken, your current VAR must request directly to Microsoft.
There were 2 Navision Attain releases. 3.60 and 3.60a. Probably your current license doesn’t allow you to run 3.60a. Your current VAR should also check it with Microsoft0
