Error in Credit memo posting

I am trying to post a credit memo but it shows an error "You must not specify Applies-to-Doc. No. in Gen. Journal Line Journal Template Name=",Journal Batch Name=", Line No.='0'
This is the first time that I am facing while doing credit memo posting. The error is only in one voucher.

  Well is the applies to doc no. on the header filled out? If so pop the debugger and see what it is clashing with.
