Windows Installer activated under Citrix Metaframe XP

I have Navision 3.01 installed on Citrix Metaframe XP works fine except on accessing the Help the Windows Installer starts and then it attempts to configure Navision. After about 30 seconds it completes and the pop-up boxes disappear. I get the same problem running a report which calls the mail codeunit. Eventually the emails are generated and sent but everytime the Windows Installer starts up.
Any suggestions? This even occurs when logged in on the server as Administrator.

Did you tried SEARCH function? look on this forum: http://www.mibuso.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=733&highlight=citrix ;-)
