Dear Sir,
Can I set any control to prevent any salesperson to issue a SO for a customer haven't enough credit limit or there isn't any item availability?

in the sales & receivables setup their is credit & stockout warnings that can be checked off0

Hello,
In standard Navision, there is no way to prevent a salesperson from proceeding with an order for a customer with an exceeded credit limit/overdue balance or an item where there is not enough on stock, other than the automatic warning (Which Savatage mentions) and the salesperson's judgement.
If you do not want to rely on your salepeople and want a more secure solution, this will have to be developed for you. Speak to the company that supplied Navision to you - they should be able to modify the system to create a 'held order' solution.Edward Bloomfield

Every company has it's procedures. For Us when the credit warning appears the person entering the order has to check with a higher authority before proceeding with the order.
If they went ahead on their own - heads are gonna roll!
& this usually keeps anyone from stepping past their limits.
