A customer wants to edit SMS - Messages in Navision and classify them as like the Remarks behind Customers, Projects, Sales... Has anybody realized or does anybody know where I may get an add-on for?

As far as I understand, SMS's *currently* can only be sent/received either via cell phones or Internet.
As *currently* you cannot access your handy via Navision, Internet is the only chance:
For sending SMS's: If you find a web-page which provides sending of SMS's with one single statement such as: http://www.mysms.com?mobileno=+4179543210=smstext=Hello I am here
then you can easily implement sending an SMS using Navisions "Hyperlink" statement.
If you receive SMS's via e-mail, you can read the emails from within navision (= use MAPI32.OCX). However you'd need an external program for help as Navision cannot read messages (Outlook-Message.Bodytext) which contains more than 250 characters.
So it looks like these are *currently* your only options.
But ...
Why do I always say *currently*? *Currently* means: summer 2000. in autumn 2000 and spring 2001 the situation will look different with the implementation and release of bluetooth. Once Navision has an interface to bluetooth (I'm working on it) it will be easy to access mobile phones, palm-tops or Outlook from within Navision. So if you can wait, I recommend to wait! Great times are coming.
