Does Navision (native client and database server) use windows built-in services? If yes, please list them for me or give me an info where I can find it.

The native NAV database service is implemented as a Windows service. NAV Application Server is also implemented as a Windows service.
You can run a standalone NAV database though, and you don't need any Windows services to do that.0
