Navigate gets different results

"There are no posted records with this combination of document number and posting date" is the message I get when I try to find a specific document number navigating from a computer.

However if I navigate withe the same document number from another computer I do get results.

How can this be explained?

Versions on both computers are the same (4.01)

    Check it without giving date.

    and check if there aren't any additional filters active

    Did the navigate without the date filter (only used the document number)

    Try to replace ZUP file if it didn't work, uninstall the Client which is having a problem with refreshing the record. It will work as I faced it twice in production order output.

    Try to update the MDAC drivers on the computer to same version (latest). There can be some problem with older versions of MDAC.
