Business Notification - Email Format Problem, line breaks

Hello!

We have runnig Business Notification Navsion 4.02 on the System of our Customer, we have the problem that
if a internal User (in the same Domain) gets a Mail Notification the Style of the Email is OK (with line breaks),
if a externeal User (not in the Domain) gets a Mail Notification the Style Email is missing (only plain text). there are no line breaks (new Line) in the Mail.

Has anybody a suggestion?

    1) On MS Exchange server you can set the format for external mails (Plain text, HTML etc.)
    2) Are you using same mail client to look at the mail?
    3) Are you sure, that the user mail client is not set to convert all mails into plain text?
