BA Configurator Error

Hello,
I'm using Navision 4.0 SP3. When I run the BAconfigurator in Navision I get the folowing error:
Checking requirements...
Error Querying SQL Server.
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
It seems this problem has occured with many, but stil no effective solution. Can anyone help ASAP, please?

1) BA Basic objects are assuming that the configurator is running on PC where Analysis services and the MS SQL server are installed (searching for localhost...).
2) There is one small change to be able to generate cubes on local AS from remote MS SQL. see http://www.mibuso.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=160630
