Menu Item form not running

I need help, I am completely confused. I have had a request from a user to add the employee no. to the Employee Qualifications form. Not a problem, simply add the column you would think. I have added the column and now, on pressing of the Employee Qualifications menu item on the Employee form nothing happens.

I now have an Employee Qualifications form that does not run either from the menu item on the Employee form or from the object designer. I can design the form and compile it without issue.

I'm stumped, can any of you fine gentlemen/women help?

    I haven't, which is the confusing bit.

    I shall mark it as solved as I have taken the Employee Qualification form out of the Cronus demo database and put this into our company database and this works now.
