Revaluating Item with standard costing method.

Hello people,

i want to revalue items which are on standard costing method. There are purchases and sales that have been received/shipped but not invoiced.

I have changed the std cost on the item card and the different sku. Ran the revaluation journal- calculate inventory- per location and variant.

e.g.
existing std cost 10. average cost 10.
set std cost to 15.
Run revaluation journal- Set unit cost revalued- 15.

Ran adjust cost- The average cost is not 15 . its some other figure. Even after invoicing the outstanding items, the average cost does not amount to 15.

if i do the same steps where all items have been fully invoiced, the average cost is 15. not prob.

I tried to have a look at the Costing for Microsoft Business Solution- Navision and this is like chinese to me. Seems this Navision Inventory is the very best code ever writen lol.
