restoring a backup = automatic optimize on tables?

If i have a full .fbk file and restore it in a fresh database will the tables automatically be optimized?

It seems that this is what happens based on the size of the database im working with...

Part of the restore is a rebuiling of all the keys which will optimize your database

No, it optimizes everytime you do a backup and restore.

The tables also optimizes if you make some change, then save & compile it.

This is NOT correct.
In case you change/create an index and comile&save it, this index will be optimized because it has been modified/created.
The prove for this : if you would save an object of a BIG table, saving it would cost a lot of time.
