Prepacks/Size Group Code.. Navision 3.10

Using Navision 3.10.

Most of the items we sell are in prepacks.. 1-2-2-1 (meaning 1-Small, 2-Medium, 2-Large, 1-Extra Large) or 2-2-2 (2- 1x, 2- 2x, 2 - 3x).

When we enter an item on an order we input that item under the "No." column, for example 2111-7847 is one of our styles. Then it brings us to the "Prepack Code" column and we hit F6 and select which color we want. For instance this item has 2111-7847B, 2111-7847N, and 2111-7847R. Those are Brown, Natural, and Ruby colors. The system automatically knows the prepack ratio, so if I enter 1 for quantity it gives us 6 items (1-Small, 2-Medium, 2-Large, and 1-Extra Large).

We recently had a problem with a few items and a lot of them were manufactured by mistake in the wrong prepack. They made us 1-Small, 1-Medium, 1-Large, and 1-Extra Large.

Is there a way to add in another prepack code to an item?! As it is now, we have to manually type in 1 of each size, when normally we can just select the prepack and it automatically does it for us.

I went into Inventory and was looking around. I "Size Group Code" but don't know if there is a way to associate one item with more than one size group code.

I did go into Setup -> Sizes and I made a new Group called 4ONES, but don't know where to setup that should relate to 1-Small, 1-Medium, 1-Large, 1-Extra Large and how to make an item have this code as well as the standard 1-2-2-1.
