Filtering access to entries of a table

Hello,
I'm in the process of implementing Navision in a company for many users. We setup user profiles (templates) to manage permissions on objects, but we still have to figure out the data access permissions issue. 2 users with the same profile should not get access to the same data (eg they are in 2 different department or 2 different regions), so we need to find a may to easily setup permissions to access data.
Can anyone be for any help ?

    Well there are alot of tables that you need to identify that would need to be filtered. If you are on sql you can use field filter on historical tables.

    For sales orders you can use responsebily center
