Shortcut Ctrl+F12

I am trying to change the purchase order form in Navision 4.0.2. the default shortcut to release this document is Ctrl+F11. I would like to assign Ctrl+F12 to reopen the document.
Normally this shouldn't give any problems... but Ctrl+F12 doesn't work. :(
If I use for example Shift+F9, than it works fine, but Ctrl+F12 doesn't work.
Now you could say "Use Shift+F9" then, but this is a part of a conversion from 3.70-client where this works just fine with Ctrl+F12 and my customer is very used to use Ctrl+F12 to reopen a document, so I would like to keep this the same.
Can anybody help me please...

Thanx

    Press Ctrl+Alt+F1.

Ctrl+F12 is reserved for NavPaneScrlDn. Whatever that is, I don't know...

CTRL + F12: To go from the menu (on the left) to an object (eg. a Form).
    = Reverse of F12

Comes in handy when working with the keyboard.

Ah, the tricky NAV developers. They didn't include <Ctrl><F12> on the list of combinations in the help screen. Good to know!

Thanks Quivelus, that actually does help a bit.

For those that did not know:
When the overview of F-Keys form is open, just press & hold shift to see all F-Key shortcuts used in combination with shift. The same with Ctrl.
