Installation of UserPortal

I tried to install the Navision User Portal as described in the
"Installation Guide" - on a Win2k SP3 machine - and everything seemed to work just fine until i tried to
enter the "Virtual Root Name" during the MS-Dasboard-installation. When
emtering "Factory" as Root Name I got the error "..unable to install sample
and Management Web Parts" so I changed the Virtual Root Name to
"FactoryUPO".
I added portal-users and assigned them activity centers.
On opening "http://DOMAINNAME/FactoryUPO" I get error message
"Dashboard Error
(-2147467259) An internal error occurred.", on opening
"http://DOMAINNAME/Factory" I get "Dashboard Error
(404) Resource Not Found
Source: store.vbs".
Has anyone experienced similar problems? Can anyone help me to get a
running installation?

    wich version of navision are you using ?

    if you are using 3.60 there is a patch that you shoul install, in this pathch you have some object that you have to reinstall in user portal
