Run NAS 3.10 service without administrative righs

Hi,

Is it possible run NAS 3.10 with account that doesn't have administrative rights?

When i try to start service i get error:

The Navision Application Server LSRSH-310 service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

In Security log it writes

Object Open:
Object Server: SC Manager
Object Type: SC_MANAGER OBJECT
Object Name: ServicesActive
...
Accesses: Connect to service controller
Lock service database for exclusive access

User, assigned to this service as login, have rights "Logon As Service"
and belongs to group Users.

If i add this user to Administrators group, then it works.
I try also NAS from 4.0SP1 - it can run without administrator rights.

Do have someone experience with this problem?
