Hello, I have a problem while trying to open a database from navision server, I have copy this DB from another server (the three files .mdf, .ndf and .ldf) I attached it to the server in SQL Server, I granted permission for dbowner to my user and when I tried to open it in Navision I have the error that the name and the passwords are incorrect.

P.D: I have the .dll for Sql Server.

I have a problem with the users, it´s not enough to be dbowner, as I suppouse. I have to put the same name that has been put when you create the database. Someone delete this. Thanks and sorry

I don't know if i understand you exactly, but here is a tip.
If you remove all data from the NAV security tables in SQL enterprise manager, NAV thinks that no security is set up, and you can log in either way.

ps, why did you put [solved] in the title?

    Waldos right.

You must enter the logins in navision (again) when you use Windowslogin (i think that you use this).

The message should not be displayd if you use, for example as superuser, an databaselogin.

Is the new server in the same AD?

Do you make it right, it works too!
