Business Ready Licensing

Our NSC recently told us about "Business Ready Licensing", which is apparently being offered in January.
We have been looking into more appropriate licensing/server set up for our situation, and they heard this from Microsoft, but no details have come yet.
Does anyone have any information about this program?

Can you describe more on what you meant by a more appropriate licensing/server setup?
This only deals with Navision licensing, and it shouldn't affect how your server is setup.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog

I've posted this in other threads, but for explanation...
We are trying to figure out how to run Navision locally to each branch location, and at corporate headquarters. Kind of like hub-and-spoke, only Navision will be the hub AND the spokes. This is being investigated for several reasons, not the least of which is the inability to provide good layer 1 redunancy in some of our remote branches (two T1's, or even a cable connection at the remote site don't do much good when you live in Louisville - the land of fiber cuts).
Our NSC has been helping us investigate this idea, and they contacted MS, who told them that this was coming, and will probably help us out. That's why I'm curious...0 -
This is actually available now for new sales. It will be available for existing customers to transition to in January (their choice).
More granules are included in the user based pricing which comes in different pricing levels without total user limitations.
You should ask your NSC to show you the new sales pricing so you can see how it could benefit your company.David Machanick

Thanks, dav.
I've asked them, and they said they wouldn't have the information until after the 1st of the year. That's why I've been trying to find info on the web...0
