Dev Toolkit: Problems with "Where used"!

When I try the "Where used" option on a certain field, the toolkit is going into some kind of loop: When it reaches report 5199 the processing line is saying:
"Processing where used for table 18..Seraching code..." and the linenumber is just increasing and increasing. The "Where used" options seems to be working fine on other fields?
The toolkit base is based on a .txt file.
