Urgent:Interaction Template Code Email attachment in body

Hello to everybody,

I am relatively new to Navision and have searched for over an hour to find a solution to my problem on the forum but haven't found one:

Problem is, I want to make an interaction that sends an email, but not as an attachment, the letter that is in Word and that is connected to the interaction should be in the body of the mail when it is sent.

Strange thing is that yesterday it worked once, so I saw the email in my Sent Items and the Word doc was in the body; now it doesn't anymore. How can this be? It's not due to the length because I 've tried even 1 word in the doc.

Can anyone please help me?
