Upgrade from 3.70B to 4.00SP3

I have to make upgrade from NAV 3.70B(SQL) to 4.00SP3(SQL). I know there are some differences between 3.70 and 3.70B. Can I use the upgrade toolkit? When I was looking for upgrade toolkit i found out only for SP1. Is there some other toolkit out for SP2 or SP3. Thanks for you ideas.

Normally with every Navision release the is a mach Upgrade Toolkit.0
