What's Axapta?

Hi, I've been working developing MBS Navision for 4 years, but now I have a job offer for Axapta. Anyone can tell me what are the differences? I don't know exactly what Axapta is...

    Hi!:

    Axapta is an ERP written in X++.
    X++ is a mix of Java with SQL and C.
    I don't know Navision but the programming language
    is very (very) different.

    Axapta is a complete ERP production software from microsoft dynamics. it contains many functionality relate to discrete manufacturing company type. From application sides, the features are detail BOM with batch or not bacth, detail routing, detail costing, detail master planning and gantt chart.
