ACH (US) File Formats

Hi All-
We are starting up the US ACH payment functionality in NAV 4.0 and our bank tells us the file that NAV4.0 generates is in an improper format.
Apparently NACHA "standard" :-k formatting can have 3 different versions. NAV is generating a NACHA file format of CTX and our bank states that it must be either CCD or PPD format.
Does anyone have experience with these different formats? Does Navision even allow you to determine which format the file is created in?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks!

Navision comes with only the default format. You have to get the specs for the other file format and ask your NCS to create the file.0
