Dear all,

My client has 3 responsibilities in their system and wants to make the Balance Sheet that can show the data of each responsibility in one column. Does anyone know how to make it in Account schedule?

Thanks in advance.

My guess you have a dimension for responsibility center?

In the column layout on Account schedule you can filter a column by a dimension.

    Thanks for your quick response.

Yes, I have setup dimension for responsibility center called entity dimension. Each value stands for one responsibility center. I've looked on Column Layout but cannot find the dimension field for filter. How can I see it?

is it a global dimension or additional dimensions. If it's additional dimension you need to create an analysis view and assign it to Account schedule Name.
If it's global dimension, then just do show column

I looked at it again and you can only select global dimension.

I am using Nav 4.0 SP1. This is one of my global dimension. But when I show column in Column Layout I cannot see the dimension field as you mentioned. Just want to confirm that you are talking about showing column in Column Layout or Account schedule line?

I'm quite sure it isn't possible unless you have it by localization. The only options are setting up a different line for each, which is not very nice, or filtering at Overview form for a global dim when viewiing it. Filter for it, print it, and glue them together :)

Or to use the Analysis by Dimension where you cannot see a full balance, but you can see at least a trial balance by dimensions if you filter for your balance sheet accounts. Or the same in Chart of Accounts - Balance by Dimensions.

    Hello
I just looked at the ID range of the fields Global Dimension 1 Filter and it's 10011 which is US localization. Sorry.
